Hey there,Well im going to bring you all through what happened yesterday and today. Well yesterday had ngaji then silat...silat very little people attended training but nonetheless it was FUN. Learn how to do jatuhan and thanks to my cousin i injured my back! He lifted me of the ground and slammed me on the mat instead of putting me down..damn him!hahaha! Now my back hurts so much!
Now to today..went to madrasah and after that headed to the gym! Damn i must say today work out was super shiok la! Tomorrow going gym again!
